Use the PRELIGHT fg color for drawing the expander when prelit. Fixes

        * gtk/gtkstyle.c: (gtk_default_draw_expander): Use the PRELIGHT
        fg color for drawing the expander when prelit. Fixes problem
        with the HighContrast theme: bug #136789.
